Gill Kelly of M&Y part of the Regenda Group meets Ecogee MD Brandan Helm

We are pleased to announce that we have welcomed experts in energy and construction solutions, Ecogee, into the Regenda Group.

Ecogee Ltd specialises in fitting existing homes and new build properties with energy efficient solutions on behalf of Local Authorities, Social Housing providers and private developers.

Originally established in 2012 Ecogee was set up in response to the Government’s energy efficiency programme to tackle fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions.

Based in Aintree, Merseyside, Ecogee provides both retrofit and new build solutions including; fabric insulation, ventilation systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels. Ecogee are also an accredited provider of grants for eligible organisations and homeowners.

As part of the Regenda Group, we will support Ecogee to increase the positive impact they are already making, enabling the housing and development sector to deliver green solutions that reduce fuel poverty and work towards government net zero targets.

The addition of Ecogee to the Regenda Group will complement our current Construction and Maintenance offer provided by M&Y and led by Executive Director Gill Kelly, Gill commented:

“As a regeneration group which includes a Housing Association, we understand the pressure of fuel poverty and the shortage of great contractors in the market to service the growing demand for energy efficiency works. By bringing the expertise of Ecogee into the Regenda Group we are confident that we can increase the capacity within the supply chain to deliver energy-efficient improvement works to existing and new clients”.
