Redwing’s outstanding reservation rate at Crossings!

Last week, Redwing celebrated with partners Peaks and Plains Housing Trust and their development arm Chalk at the official launch event of Crossings! 

Following a hugely successful marketing campaign and an expert sales and lettings process managed by Redwing on behalf of Peaks and Plains, Redwing have achieved an excellent off-plan reservation rate of 90% for our latest partnership development, Crossings.

Redwing partnered with Cheshire based social landlord, Peaks and Plains Housing Trust to market, sell and let their 67-unit flagship development, Crossings. Situated in the heart of Macclesfield, the state-of-the-art scheme provides the perfect mix of urban and rural living, with 27 homes available to buy with shared ownership, 26 homes available for rent to buy, and 14 homes available for private rent.  

All rent to buy and private rent homes are now fully reserved off-plan, with only 7 shared ownership properties left to reserve which are in the process of finalising customer eligibility checks.
