Last week, Redwing celebrated with partners Peaks and Plains Housing Trust and their development arm Chalk at the official launch event of Crossings!
Following a hugely successful marketing campaign and an expert sales and lettings process managed by Redwing on behalf of Peaks and Plains, Redwing have achieved an excellent off-plan reservation rate of 90% for our latest partnership development, Crossings.
Redwing partnered with Cheshire based social landlord, Peaks and Plains Housing Trust to market, sell and let their 67-unit flagship development, Crossings. Situated in the heart of Macclesfield, the state-of-the-art scheme provides the perfect mix of urban and rural living, with 27 homes available to buy with shared ownership, 26 homes available for rent to buy, and 14 homes available for private rent.
All rent to buy and private rent homes are now fully reserved off-plan, with only 7 shared ownership properties left to reserve which are in the process of finalising customer eligibility checks.
Dan Brocklehurst, Development Manager at Peaks and Plains Housing Trust said: “We know that the demand is there for high-quality town-centre living, so we’re delighted that all of our rental apartments at Crossings in Macclesfield have been reserved off-plan. We’re excited to see people move in and are grateful to our friendly and experienced sales and marketing partners – Redwing.”
Michelle Brooks, Director of Operations at Redwing said: “We’re so proud to work with businesses like Peaks and Plains, who share our values of helping people move into high quality, affordable homes. We’re looking forward to creating new partnerships with registered providers and developers across the North West.”
The partnership with Peaks and Plains Housing Trust is an impressive addition to Redwing’s growing reputation as an organisation offering end-to-end and tailored property management and sales solutions. Other clients include Prima Group, Liverpool Waters, and working with Peel Land and Property as part of the Liverpool Waters re-development project.
As part of the Regenda Group, a registered housing provider with over 13,000 properties across the North West, Redwing understands first-hand the needs of regulated housing associations and developers. All profits generated by Redwing are also reinvested into regeneration projects, helping both people and places to thrive.
