Shortlisted for 8 awards!

The Regenda Group shortlisted for YM Liverpool awards

We’re proud to share that The Regenda Group and subsidiaries have been shortlisted for eight awards at the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2025. It’s a huge moment for our teams, partners, and communities – and a real celebration of the work we do every day. From affordable housing and development to marketing, retrofit and community impact – we do it to regenerate places and create opportunities for people.

Here’s a closer look at the incredible projects and people behind each nomination:

Best Affordable Housing Scheme – Summerfield Close

Summerfield Close in West Derby is proof that affordable housing can be beautiful, functional, and life changing. Built on the site of a derelict Georgian villa, this development built by M&Y Maintenance & Construction offers a mix of 22 homes for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership. Every home exceeds space standards and includes thoughtful touches like dual-aspect layouts, Juliet balconies, EV charging, and air source hot water systems.

All Shared Ownership houses were reserved off-plan by Redwing, and Affordable Rent apartments allocated by Regenda Homes – all within just days of launch. This clearly demonstrates the real need for affordable housing in the area and that it can be delivered with style!

Apartment Development of the Year – New Ferry Phase 1

New Ferry Phase 1 is a symbol of renewal. Delivered in partnership with Wirral Council and John McCall Architects, built by M&Y Maintenance & Construction the scheme brings 34 affordable apartments to a community still recovering from the 2017 explosion.

With curved walls, circular windows, and heritage-inspired design, this development blends character with comfort. And we’re not stopping there – Phase 2 proposes to add 36 more homes, improve highways, lighting, and parking. In total, 70 homes are aimed to be delivered, regenerating the area and creating a safer, more connected neighbourhood.

Property Developer of the Year – The Regenda Group Development Team

With over 27 years of experience, our Development Team continues to push boundaries. In 2025 alone, we’ve delivered 75 homes across three projects, with another 124 on the way by March 2026.

From Grove Street, one of the UK’s largest housing redevelopments, to bringing life back to the area of New Ferry, our work is bold, inclusive, and built to last. And with over £1.7m in social value generated this year through local employment, apprenticeships, and school partnerships, we’re building more than homes – we’re building futures.

Residential Property Agency of the Year – Redwing

Redwing is proud to be shortlisted once again as Residential Property Agency of the Year – having won this award three years running! In 2025, Redwing launched new developments, expanded its shared ownership resales offer, and built strategic partnerships with developers and housing associations to bring more good quality and affordable homes across Liverpool and the North West.

With over 190 homes sold and let this year and a pipeline of 192 more, Redwing is delivering homes with an exceptional service in style, with soul and for purpose, as part of The Regenda Group.

Property Marketing Team of the Year – The Regenda Group Marketing Team

Our in-house marketing team may be new to the property marketing scene, but they’ve made a bold entrance – delivering creative, high-impact campaigns that connect with buyers, tenants, and communities.

From branding rooted in local history to jargon-free Home User Guides and pitch decks that win clients, the team has helped secure contracts for over 102 homes this year. Every campaign supports our wider purpose at The Regenda Group – generating income that’s reinvested into social value across the region.

Developments launched in 2025 include Summerfield Close, Parkfield Place, Breck Road, New Ferry, and those on behalf of our partners.

Innovation & Property Supplier of the Year Awards – Ecogee

Ecogee’s dual nominations highlight its role in driving sustainability and innovation in retrofit and construction – set apart by a commitment to Social Value and community.

As a trusted delivery partner for schemes like ECO4 and HUG2, Ecogee has helped households across the North West access free energy upgrades, reduce their bills and feel more comfortable at home.

A new project for 2025 includes Torentum Court, a sheltered housing scheme managed by Regenda Homes in Wyre. 33 homes will receive retrofit works to increase EPC ratings to C – helping older residents live warmer, safer and more affordably.

The Community Award – The Regenda Group

Regeneration is complex – but for us, it starts with people. In 2025, we led two ambitious regeneration projects: Grove Street and New Ferry. These schemes are transforming communities and creating opportunities for people across Liverpool.

Through Positive Footprints and the PLACED Academy, we’ve engaged local schools and young people – helping them build self-belief, explore careers, and shape the places they live.

Just last year, our social impact surpassed £24 million!

It’s incredible to be recognised across so many categories – which makes us even prouder of the passionate, creative, and purpose-driven people who make it all happen 💪 Congratulations to all the nominees, and we look forward to celebrating together at the awards later this year!

The awards will take place on Thursday 27th November 2025 at Crowne plaza hotel in Liverpool City centre. Find out more: https://ymliverpool.com/ym-liverpool-property-business-awards
