On Friday the 3rd of October Our 2nd Annual Centre 56 golf day at Mossock Hall, which raised a wonderful £5000 for Centre 56. We are proud as always to support Centre 56 and all the amazing work that they do. Here at Regenda one of our core values is One Team, staff across the Regenda Group took part in this wonderful day to raise money for a good cause and have some fun.
Alex Rigby, Fundraising Officer for Centre 56 had this to say about the day:
“A massive thank you to all 20 teams that got involved, our sponsors and the Regenda staff who helped make it another huge success, also a special thanks to Mossock Hall for allowing us to use their facilities again, we raised even more than last year, and everyone had a great day which is great to see. I am already looking forward to next year’s golf day”
Staff from across the Regenda Group took part in the day, as part of their Do-Good, Feel-Good programme which is our way of giving something back our communities whilst promoting staff well-being.
Staff at the Regenda Group can take part in exciting and diverse events and initiatives throughout the year during work time. These health, wellbeing and charitable events are a great way to bring staff together, raise money for a good cause and have fun!
Sean Rothwell, Director of People Services had this to say.
“Through our Do Good, Feel Good programme we provide our staff with the chance to get involved with a variety of health, wellbeing and charitable events and initiatives. The Centre 56 Golf Day is a really important event in our calendar as it raises a lot of money for a brilliant cause and provides an opportunity for staff from across the Group to get together with external partners, stakeholders and supporters in an activity that boosts wellbeing, strengthens relationships and generates a bit of healthy competition!” It was great to see everybody come together to raise money for Centre 56, being part of Regenda is all about working together!”
