The Regenda Group is delighted to announce that we are now an accredited Real Living Wage Employer! Becoming a Real Living Wage employer, means that every member of staff working for the Group and subsidiary organisations within it, will earn a Real Living Wage.
The Real Living Wage is higher than the government’s minimum, or National Living Wage, and is an independently calculated hourly rate of pay that is based on the actual cost of living. It is calculated each year and is announced by the Living Wage Foundation as part of Living Wage Week.
The current Real Living Wage UK rate is £9.90. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum.
Almost 300,000 employees have received a pay rise as a result of the national Living Wage campaign since 2011. Regenda join a host of well-known employers including housing associations, Google, Nationwide and Everton FC.

As well as continuing to pay our employees fairly and above the Living Wage, we hope to influence our partners and suppliers to become accredited Living Wage Employers too.”
