Procurement

The Regenda Group is committed to social value and sustainable procurement.
Regenda Group are committed to social value and sustainable procurement, going above our legal duty under the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 to embed aspirational targets in our procurement wherever possible. At the heart of our procurement activity is a commitment to doing things the right way — for our customers, our communities, and the environment. We seek to establish strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, making connections to create opportunities for our communities to thrive.
We adhere to the Procurement Act 2023 and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, making sure that everything we do is fair, transparent, and delivers real value for money. We seek to deliver cost reductions and efficiencies that balance commercial and social purpose, and harness innovation. Our commitment is to optimise the impact of the money we invest to deliver wider social benefits to our communities: providing opportunities for people to enhance their social and economic well-being. We believe in reducing the environmental impact of our supply chain, and building strong, positive relationships with our suppliers.

We seek to ensure that our Group values run right through our supply chain so our customers receive a consistently excellent service. Our customers help shape our procurement; service standards and specifications.

We have established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) increasing the accessibility of opportunities for SME’s. Our current DPS is live and will remain open until 23 February 2029.
Through our procurement process, we will seek to understand how suppliers will help us to achieve our social value objectives and will invite proposals against the areas set out in our social value matrix. Tender activity for the Group is published on Find a Tender and the new Central Digital Platform (CDP). In line with the new regulations suppliers will have to register on the CDP to be included in public procurements (this will not apply to the DPS as it is run under PCR 2015). We currently use the Proactis eProcurement system, however this is due to change from 1 August 2025 when we will migrate all our activities to Delta.
